About me
I started computer programming when I was 14 years old and am constantly learning new things about it and its use cases. I hope to use computer programming and artificial intelligence to automate real-world processes that have the potential to influence a wide range of people.
When I'm not coding, I enjoy jamming on the bass guitar, running, and swimming. I am also a bit of an aviation geek so I love learning about how airplanes work. It is so fascinating to me how these big metal tubes can fly.

ShipShark, co-founder
I co-founded ShipShark, a third party logistics company that specializes in shipping products across Scandinavia. I use my data science skills to create demand forecasts, create data-driven pricing models, and build custom dashboards.

I build and scale DTC brands in Denmark. I enjoy the data-driven approach to building DTC brands as every decision we make will have a direct impact on the bottom line. I use my data science skills to predict when a webshop visitor is likely to convert and how to optimize the conversion rate.

KPMG Responsible AI hackathon winner
I participated in and won a hackathon hosted by KPMG. The task was to develop an AI solution, that would help the African startup, Tiny Totos, better facilitate communication with their customers.

Bassline App
My bass guitar teacher wanted to teach the bass guitar to a broader audience. I created two mobile apps for him where he could upload his teaching material and teach students all over Denmark. Both apps are currently live on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

I created an AI semantic search engine using NLP techniques for the customer support team at the biggest printing company in Scandinavia, LaserTryk.dk. This project enriched my NLP and deep learning expertise, now applied daily.

My life
University of New South Wales - Exchange Student
Sydney, Australia
I chose to study at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) because of its highly-ranked programs, particularly in engineering. At the time of my visit, UNSW is ranked as the 19th-best university by the QS World University Rankings. While here I partake in the postgraduate course "Advanced Machine Learning" which directly aligns with my research interests.
September 2023 - December 2023IT University of Copenhagen, Bachelor of Science in Data Science
Copenhagen, Denmark
Completed Bachelor's degree in Data Science at IT University of Copenhagen. The program focused on computer programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning aligning with my academic interests and passions. The curriculum emphasized group projects and hands-on learning. My thesis, supervised by Professor Rob van der Goot, was about optimizing transformer based neural networks by combining concepts from distillation and pruning. Specifically I replaced large transformer blocks with smaller counterparts for computational efficiency.

My family and I lived in Germany while I was attending 10th grade in a German high school. During the stay, I made local friends and learned German. This was the third time I went to a foreign school, as I have previously lived in the United States as well.
